Description:
Co-developed a fully functional, open-source digital dashboard replacement for older vehicles. Designed for affordability and modularity, the system displayed real-time vehicle data (speed, RPM, coolant temp) using a custom Qt interface and serial communication with an ELM327 OBD-II adapter.
Key Contributions:
Implemented and tested the replay and test drive functions and real-time processing features.
Integrated hardware connectivity using USB serial communication and validated performance in a 2004 Chevy Blazer.
